Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Store materials in designated areas, maintaining organized inventory.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Communicate any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and safety awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with valid certification.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting as required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent attention to safety and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
