We're hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This role is instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our **logistics** operations. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and safe. A strong emphasis on **safety** is non-negotiable; you will be required to adhere to all **safety** protocols and wear designated **PPE**. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent **lifting**, moving, and handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on pick lists or system guidance.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines rigorously and utilize required **PPE**.
- Handle **lifting** of merchandise up to 60 pounds.
- Support the overall flow of goods within the **logistics** chain.
