We are hiring a motivated Shipping Clerk for our Orlando, Florida distribution center. In this role, you will be essential to ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to **safety**. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to manage the flow of outbound **logistics**, ensuring all orders are accurately processed and dispatched. The use of **PPE** is mandatory to protect yourself and others in the warehouse environment. This role involves frequent **lifting** and moving of packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Verify shipping information and product details for each order.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company and carrier regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment for moving goods, applying safe **lifting** techniques.
- Uphold all **safety** standards and wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of outbound **logistics**.
