Seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Sacramento! This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. We are looking for individuals who are committed to safety and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements and sales orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Skilled in basic math and able to perform accurate counts.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 60 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
