Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our Denver, Colorado location. This position is key to our daily operations, involving the movement, storage, and preparation of goods for shipment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. The successful candidate will be physically capable of performing a variety of tasks, including significant Lifting, and possess a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to warehouse standards.
  • Follow all company Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly and consistently.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Perform regular duties requiring moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle frequent Lifting of heavy items.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
