Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners or other provided equipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves, at all times.
