Join our energetic team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of tasks critical to the efficient functioning of our logistics hub. From receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping, you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle within our facility. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position. You will be a key contributor to our fulfillment and distribution efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the warehouse, working collaboratively with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and bending.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
