We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Worker for our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will handle goods with care, operate equipment as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We emphasize teamwork and continuous improvement, offering a supportive atmosphere for growth. Compliance with all safety standards, including the use of required PPE, is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting. We are dedicated to providing a safe and productive workplace for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
