Job Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team in Detroit, Michigan, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is crucial for the efficient and safe operation of our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and participating in inventory control. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and addresses.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including significant Lifting, up to 60 lbs, throughout the shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
