Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product details, quantities, and codes before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
