Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Stock shelves, racks, and other storage areas accurately, ensuring proper rotation of inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, meeting established performance standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Support shipping activities by preparing orders for dispatch.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, repetitively throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may include varying temperatures.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
