Our logistics facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a versatile role that involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and stocking to order picking and packing. You will be instrumental in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring that materials are handled correctly and that orders are processed accurately. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to Safety and teamwork. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our fast-paced environment and help us meet our operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to established work procedures and quality standards.
- This role requires regular Lifting of items, up to 50 lbs.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
