Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of QSR (fast food) experience
• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 successful year in the role of a shift supervisor within a fast food concept
• Must have considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control
• Experience with managing inventory
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-volume store
• Must be knowledgeable in training employees and setting expectations

Responsibilities:

• Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
• Train and educate team members about our culture, standards and operations
• Supervise and guide all staff to ensure consistency with all food products
• Prepare and adjust the schedule for all staff to meet the demands of our customers
• Follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling
• Adhere and be an advocate for all policies and procedures within yourself and your team
• Report to and assist profit center manager with any and all duties requested
• Execute all ordering and inventory management
• 100% accountability for total food cost and total labor cost
• Control costs by training and educating team members
