Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required.
