More about our team 

Join our team in a Long Term Care. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides. Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights, our unit cares for patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and Heart Disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.

A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role:

  • Accurately identifies patient needs
  • Provides daily care and support long-term care residents
  • Promote comfort, dignity, and safety for all patients

What we're looking for- a compassionate nursing assistant with a deep understanding of long-term care, with a focus on patient enrichment.  


Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required.

  • One year of experience preferred
