Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)—Women's Health | Full-Time | No Weekends | $20+/hr
Location: Little Rock, AR

Are you a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a full-time, weekday role in a supportive and fast-paced outpatient clinic? We are looking to hire a skilled LPN to join a patient-centered team within a women's health specialty clinic.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of physician or clinical supervisor

• Take and record vital signs and medical histories

• Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures

• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered

• Perform basic lab procedures, including drawing blood and collecting specimens

• Document patient information accurately in the EHR system

• Support front office tasks such as scheduling and managing patient records

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

• Comply with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations

• Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas (required)

• Previous experience in women's health, family practice or hospital  (strongly preferred)

• Working knowledge of clinical procedures and EHR systems

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
