Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with other departments yto gather necessary financial information.
- Ensure copliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- support audits by providing required documentation and informatio.
- Manage accounts payyable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Utilize financial software to enhance reporting
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements promptly while maintaining detailed records for audit readiness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports with precision.
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards to promote transparency.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external vendors or auditors during audits or financial reviews to facilitate smooth processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial software is essential for effective performance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $ $30.21 per hour
