Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with other departments yto gather necessary financial information.
  • Ensure copliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • support audits by providing required documentation and informatio.
  • Manage accounts payyable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Utilize financial software to enhance reporting
  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements promptly while maintaining detailed records for audit readiness.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports with precision.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather financial information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards to promote transparency.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or auditors during audits or financial reviews to facilitate smooth processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial software is essential for effective performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communications skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $ $30.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
