Shift Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader / Supervisor to join our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support the team in delivering high-quality food and service. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. Duties

Lead the team during shifts and create a positive, fun environment
● Handle cash management, POS functions, and shift reports
● Maintain safe, clean, organized restaurant operations
● Train and support team members to ensure quality service and products
● Respond to customer concerns professionally
● Assist with inventory control and store standards
● Perform any position as needed (including delivery)

Qualifications

● Must be at least 18 with a valid drivers license and auto insurance
● Reliable transportation
● Able to lift 50 lbs
● Comfortable using electronic devices and basic office equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
