Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail and completing tasks is top priority for this position
• Oversee the daily operations for expediting orders for the restaurant
• Manage and train additional expeditors, food runners and to go
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
• Implement and enforce food safety regulations and procedures

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a breakfast or restaurant Expo role
- Strong knowledge of breakfast menu items
- Familiarity with catering services and the ability to coordinate breakfast events or functions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
