Personal Injury Case Manager

About the Role

We are a fast-growing and highly respected personal injury law firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, easily manages a high-volume caseload, and is committed to delivering excellent service to clients. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you'll work closely with and assist attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, and clients to ensure that every case is handled efficiently, timely, and with the utmost care.

This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and legal knowledge. You will be responsible for managing deadlines, gathering and reviewing evidence, preparing demand packages, and making sure the client always knows what's happening with their case.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Draft, file, and manage court documents and correspondence at the county level
• Analyze medical records and investigative reports to build and support case files
• Prepare demand packages and maintain up-to-date documentation on medical treatment
• Track case progress and maintain case management software
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to meet deadlines and court requirements

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in personal injury case management (New York preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check
