Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to identify and engage potential clients in target neighborhoods or areas
- Present product or service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective customers
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Use CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand current promotions and messaging strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all interactions
Experience
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving targets
- Previous experience in marketing or customer service roles can be beneficial

Pay: $ $100.00 per hour
