Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Apply customer payments to accounts, including investigating and resolving deductions.
• Communicate with customers regarding past-due invoices.
• Enter vendor invoices into the system, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and item receipts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy.
• Review and record credit card transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Support the calculation and recording of customer rebates and sales commissions.
• Assist with quarter-end closing activities.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
