On-Site Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time or full-time On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex in Riverside, OH. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management principles. This role is essential in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
• Utilize OneSite software for managing tenant applications, leases, and records efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and maintenance requests to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to leasing agreements, tenant communications, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations, including LIHTC requirements.
• Implement sales strategies to improve occupancy rates and enhance tenant retention through community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with OneSite software is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and sales techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Basic understanding of legal aspects related to property management and leasing agreements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an office environment.
• Experience in property maintenance or coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
