Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and bar offerings.
  • Manage Aloha POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, while managing time effectively during high-volume periods.
  • Restock bar supplies efficiently to keep pace with service demands and minimize downtime.

Experience

  • 1 year of bartending experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Experience in retail math or cash handling ensures accuracy in transactions.

***We will be hosting an Open Hiring Event on Saturday, January 17th, from 11 AM-4PM. Walk in, meet our team, and interview on the spot***

Pay: From $10.98 per hour
