  • Set up and safely work from ladders (extension and step) and basic staging
  • Walk clients through scope, provide progress updates, and ensure site cleanliness
  • Create simple material takeoffs; pick up paint/sundries as needed (reimbursable)

  • Reliable transportation suitable for hauling ladders and materials
  • Strong knowledge of coatings, primers, sheens, proper prep, and cure times
  • Comfortable working on occupied homes; excellent communication and cleanup habits
  • Can lift 50 lbs and work from ladders up to typical second-story heights
  • Smartphone proficiency for photos, checklists, and job updates
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.; background check may be required

Nice-to-Haves

  • Light carpentry (trim/rot repair), drywall finishing, and basic spray skills
  • Color consultation experience and paint store relationships
  • OSHA/ladder-safety training; EPA RRP a plus (for renovation work)

What We Offer

  • Consistent part-time hours with room to grow
  • Respectful, mission-driven culture and organized scheduling
  • Fast pay cycles and clear scopes before you roll out
