Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with company standards
• Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues in the cleaning areas
• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
