Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Operational and Compliance Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure adequate stock without excess waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales, inventory, and employee documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve operations.

Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and develop employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs and control labor costs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Control costs and manage expenses to maximize profitability.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, knee and lift pounds)
  • Mobility (i.e.: bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying)
  • All positions require long periods of standing without a break.
  • This position does require you to work 50 regular hours.
  • Must be willing to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
