CNC Machinist

Paradigm Tool and Manufacturing Co. seeks a full time experienced CNC Machinist. The qualified candidate will be responsible for machining and producing complex production and prototype parts on CNC Lathes to high tolerance design specifications in an accurate and timely manner. Programming a plus.

• Independently sets up and operates HAAS CNC Lathes or Mills.
• Studies blueprints/drawings and/or sample parts to determine part dimensions, tolerances, and best sequence of operations needed to fabricate parts.
• Measures and examines completed parts in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Desire to program.
