Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and cleaning workstations
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, and other surfaces to uphold health standards
• Handle food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen organization as needed
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in compliance with sanitation policies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods

Skills

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food preparation
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Experience with culinary tasks such as cooking or serving is a plus but not required
• Hospitality experience or banquet experience can be advantageous for supporting event setups
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
