Grow your career and shape the future of ABA Therapy as a BCBA at Aligned Vision Behavior We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a part-time clinical expert.

Role at a Glance:

  • Part-time, 20 hours/week
  • Role is HYBRID: 75% remote and 25% fieldwork (equating to 3 weeks remote and 1 week in the field each month)
  • For candidates OUTSIDE of Maryland: All travel, lodging, and food expenses will be reimbursed during the required 1 week/month of onsite field work
  • For candidates LOCAL to Maryland: Schedule is hybrid with 1-2 days in the field

Who We Are:

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 2 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision and mentorship to our Behavior Technicians as they provide in-house services to our clients throughout Maryland. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions and AVB
  • Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Nurture the complex partnership between BT/RBT and client by advocating for client needs, providing proper support to the BT/RBT, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues with care and/or communication
  • Mentor our growing team of full and part-time BTs and RBTs by utilizing your knowledge and experience in the industry to train, orient, and provide insight into various courses of action and methods of treatment

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA license AND current LBA for the State of Maryland
  • Experience working with multiple clients within the home setting is preferred
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Experience working with challenging/aggressive behavior and the ability to utilize this knowledge to support RBTs while in the field is highly preferred
  • Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
