IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced
IT Infrastructure Program Manager
with a strong background in
IT construction, networking, and large-scale infrastructure delivery
within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Top Mandatory Skills:

• Experience partnering with
  General Contractors and Facilities teams
  on construction implementations for manufacturing buildings, data center build-outs, and expansions.
• Strong knowledge of
  structured cabling
  ,
  Division 27 standards
  ,
  AV standards
  , and interpreting
  telecom/construction drawings
  (office + industrial).
• Proven experience implementing and refreshing
  enterprise server, data, and backup solutions
  (Data Centers, NAS, DR, Backup, Server Patching, AD, OS Upgrades).
• Deep understanding of
  cloud computing
  , migration strategies, and hands-on deployment in
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
  .

Role Overview:

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure programs supporting both
factory build-outs
and enterprise IT initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Driving program strategy, planning, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
• Acting as a bridge between manufacturing teams, engineers, SMEs, and leadership.
• Defining program charters, budgets, milestones, and success metrics.
• Managing end-to-end program execution in sync with production schedules and deployment windows.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Network, ME, SRE/DevOps, Facilities, and AEOR design teams.
• Applying disciplined project management methodologies to deliver on time and within budget.
• Proactively identifying risks and ensuring seamless commissioning with no business impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering
  , or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years managing
  complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects
  in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience integrating
  plant floor (OT)
  systems with enterprise IT.
• Strong experience with enterprise
  network implementations
  (multi-site connectivity, Factory LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with
  Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace
  , or other project management tools.
• Core strength in
  IT construction + deep networking experience
