Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature and classic cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using a Toast POS system , and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills during busy periods.
• Support catering events in our upstairs space by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; basic math skills for sales transactions are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive guest interactions.
• Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform retail math confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
