We have an immediate part-time janitorial position available at the Burlington in your area Earn steady extra cash

Job Description: Duties include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash.

Key Tasks:

• Floor Cleaning
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and carpet cleaning.
• Includes attention to both high-traffic areas and corners (noted in snippets about countless little corners).
• Dusting and Surface Wiping
• Dusting desks, shelves, office equipment, window sills, and ledges.
• Wiping down furniture, countertops, and equipment with appropriate cleaners (to avoid damage).
• Includes removing dust from areas beyond immediate sight, to prevent widespread dust (snippet about dust going everywhere).
• Restroom and Kitchen Cleaning
• Sanitizing sinks, toilets, counters, and kitchen appliances.
• Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper).
• Emptying trash bins and recycling containers.
• Trash Removal and Recycling
• Emptying all office bins daily
• Proper disposal of sensitive papers via shredding if necessary.
• Window and Glass Cleaning
• Cleaning interior glass surfaces, such as windows, glass doors, and partitions.
• Often scheduled less frequently, but important for office appearance.
• Specialty Cleaning Tasks
• Spot cleaning walls or marks on surfaces.
• Sweep & Mop floors. Vacuum carpets
• Clean & Sanitize restrooms
• Restock restroom supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain janitor's closet and equipment.

Requirements:

• Janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions

Schedule: 7 days/week, 7am-10am

Pay: $45 per shift (every 2 weeks via direct deposit)

Consistent weekly hours and steady work
