Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.

• Open and close the shop following established procedures.

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead by example, ensuring team members stay on task and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store throughout each shift.

• Restock supplies as needed.

• Maintain a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

• Excellent customer service skills – friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Reliable and punctual – dependability is a must

• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred, but not required.

Requirements:

• Must be available evening shifts Monday-Saturday. Tuesday-Friday mandatory.

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
