Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces after business hours
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other hygiene products to ensure availability for staff and visitors
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues that require reporting
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment during after-hours shifts
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any incidents or repairs needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks promptly and uphold cleanliness standards consistently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work standards
• Good physical stamina: able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reliable transportation or access to shift locations during evening or overnight hours
