Direct Sales Representative

The role of Direct Sales Representative is responsible for increasing distribution

and volume of La Cumbre Brewing Co's products across on & off premise, along

with conducting festivals, demos, and events.

Duties

• Direct sales visits to customers in New Mexico inside of self-distribution area (Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe).
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Assist all territories with festivals.
• Executes sales and distribution objectives.
• Analyze sales numbers to develop a focused sales plan.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Compile and submit sales reports as required.
• Weekly emails covering sales, activity, inventories, and upcoming releases.
• Weekly expense reports and cost analysis.

Requirements

• One year of sales experience, preferably with a beer, wine, and/or spirits distributor.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic; demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak in front of large groups, conduct training and/or promotions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; mathematically proficient.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
• Emphasis on events and sampling; must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
