Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to maintain and optimize the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Pay: $2 0.00 - $28.00 /per hour.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations.
• Conduct routine inspections and document findings.
• Assist with energy management initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
