Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Scheduling Manager/HR Coordinator to oversee schedule planning, employee relations, and human resources operations within our organization. This role is integral to ensuring efficient staffing and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, expertise in human capital management systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple HR functions seamlessly. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage employee schedules ensuring optimal staffing levels across departments
- Oversee talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Lead change management initiatives related to organizational design and workforce management strategies
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Fill open shifts and manage a mandating schedule
- Handle employee relations issues with conflict management skills and promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management, workforce management, or related fields with a focus on scheduling or HR coordination
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and contracts
- Proficiency with medical records systems
- Experience with project management tools and software including Lever or Paylocity preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners
- Demonstrated ability in change management, organizational design, performance management, and strategic planning
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
