UX Designer

Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to support a client's video product ecosystem across live TV, sports, and streaming platforms. This role focuses on defining user experiences through research, flows, wireframes, and prototypes while partnering closely with UI, engineering, and product teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality video experiences at scale. Responsibilities:

• UX Designer will lead UX design efforts across video platforms (TV, mobile, tablet, streaming devices)
• Translate business requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Partner closely with UI designers to ensure intent is preserved across platforms
• Support high-visibility initiatives including live sports, multiview, pause live TV, and 4K experiences
• Participate in and lead whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and design reviews
• Use user data, research, and testing to inform design decisions
• Create detailed UX documentation to support engineering and delivery teams
• Ensure accessibility standards are incorporated into designs
• As a UX Designer, you will collaborate across architecture, engineering, and enablement teams during handoff
• Support multiple initiatives simultaneously within 10-week planning increments
• Apply AI tools or workflows to improve design efficiency and insight generation

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience on complex, consumer-facing products
• Experience producing wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes
• Experience working with user research, testing, and data-driven insights
• Strong expertise in Figma
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Comfort working in large, matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to clearly communicate and present design work to stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for video, TV, or streaming platforms
• Experience applying AI tools within design workflows
• Accessibility-focused design experience
• Familiarity with sports-focused or live-content experiences
• Proficiency with ProtoPie or similar advanced prototyping tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
