About Your Role

Candidate will create and monitor shipments and inventory levels across a wide distribution network and is committed to operational excellence. We're seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the drive to learn the full logistics process from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive with finding solutions, and wants to grow within the logistics and operations field

Objectives of this Role

·      Support the coordination of shipments and day-to-day logistics activities including creating new orders, monitoring inbound shipments, reviewing product inventory levels and reporting.

·      Maintain clear communication with upper management, carriers, and warehouse teams while coordinating shipments and inventory.

·      Ensure accurate order data when coordinating outbound shipments to ensure we're in compliance based on customer requirements.

·      Analyze data of open and pending orders along with inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment is successful with no delays or shortages.

·      Help identify and correct shipping errors with our warehouse or carriers to improve customer flow and satisfaction.

·      Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain operations and data management in order to provide new ideas for improvements in our SOP.

·      Coordinate and ship sales samples for potential leads from Miami office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·      Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience – 1 year minimum).

·      Strong organizational and communication skills.

·      Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Business Tools and comfort learning logistics or ERP software.

·      Team-oriented and proactive with follow-up and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Internship or coursework experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.

·      Familiarity with carrier systems or logistics platforms (e.g., SPS, Rithum, SOS, etc.)

·      Understanding of order fulfillment, warehouse, or transportation processes.

·      Desire to grow into a coordinator or analyst-level operations role.
