Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality, creating a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions effectively.
• Support other team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation, host/host duties, or bussing as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations.
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.90 per hour
