Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team as a Items Analyst Staff at our Warner Robins, Georgia facility. This position is responsible for facilitating expeditious movement of inbound and outbound assets, to include MICAPs, Mod assets, and evacuation of critical spares.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
• Responds to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after hours.
• Clears paperwork bottlenecks, identification errors, and processing delays by providing on-the-spot solutions and corrective actions.
• Provides immediate resolution to clear critical MICAPs—directly impacting aircraft availability and LM support metrics.
• Assist both government and Item Analyst (SOIAs) with Repair Cycle Items by providing the government with disposition instructions, as required, shipping/receipt verification of items controlled by the government.
• To include Deficiency Reports (DR) on aircraft and equipment assets. Ensure unserviceable or parts requiring upgrade are expeditiously processed and evacuated off-base to repair vendors.
• Notify the CRO Team about major or recurring problems; jointly decide course of action or refer problem to respective item analyst a/o engineer at Fort Worth, Marietta, or Boeing.
• Regularly provide tracking information and applicable data for SCMs to maintain in-transit visibility.
• Act as site-lead's POC for all incoming and outgoing asset movements to include those managed outside the supply system, i.e., computer equipment, IMIS systems, etc. Assist repair vendors with coordination efforts to repair selected items on-station.
• On-site point-person for asset status, historical/demand data analyses, item relationship coding, and repairable data. Prepares weekly, monthly and, quarterly reports to be briefed to Air Force, DLA and Lockheed Martin Senior leadership on status of production management at the WR-ALC.
• Assist is preparing analytics for quarterly production forecast. Capture and report production status data to present to production team weekly. Site-lead for all incoming and outgoing asset movements to include those managed outside the supply system, i.e., computer equipment, IMIS systems.
• Coordinate Funding Requirements with Business Office. Capture Daily Metrics of Awaiting Parts (AWP)/Turn-around-Time (TAT) Percentages. Provide CRO Team with data to determine quarterly RepGen forecasting.
• Interact daily with maintenance personnel and staff providing status on parts and repairs and Line Repair Unit repairs inducted into maintenance.
• Must be a United States citizen. Must have at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience with Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Management
- Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) / High-priority requisition support and component repair cycle management
- Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with data analysis and metrics development
Desired skills
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
- Experience with using the following systems: GOLDesp and LDMS
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
