Job Description Summary

Provides management and supervision for the Network Operations team within the IT organization. Collaborate with other IT leaders, business leaders, technology/business consultants, the various IT functional areas, and outside consultants to support the requirements of the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to Network services (Data Center Networks, Cloud Network, Office Wireless, F5, Firewalls, Circuit).
  • Directs Network technology operations ensuring SLA's and processes are followed related to change, incident and problem management.
  • Directs multiple functions in a highly technical and strategic area Directs management activities and initiatives; supervises managers and supervisors, as well as consultants and professional staff
  • Oversees services provided to multiple internal and external customers, focusing on one or more business segments
  • Interacts and communicates frequently with executive management, providing thorough feedback and excellent recommendations
  • Directs the development and implementation of integrated IT initiatives to support business strategies
  • Leads the development of standards and decisions regarding changes to systems/applications
  • Alignment with IT strategy and plan to support multiple business units, which may include analyzing new emerging technologies and translating implications of the new technology in operational models.
  • Provides enabling technologies that make it easier for customers and suppliers to do business as well as increase revenue and profitability
  • Integrates high-quality, low-cost services across multiple businesses and customers
  • Manage technology budget
  • Partner with procurement team and vendors for management of network services

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
  • IT Operational management experience in infrastructure network support or other areas that tightly align with Network services.
  • Experience managing IT budgets inclusive of hardware, software and staff resources.
  • Management of large operational functions, including on-boarding services, financial budgets, and SLA's.
  • Management of small- and large-scale changes in an enterprise operation, following proper change control and communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, effective communicator, technology and managerial leadership skills.
  • Hands-on development and managerial experience in large-scale, high-volume, and complex environments preferred.
  • Hybrid Work Environment (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)

Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $142,000-175,000. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (hybrid) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, IA; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
