Office Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial and custodial services, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, floor care, or residential painting is a plus. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all office areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effective sanitation
• Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
• Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance when required
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is desirable
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience with residential painting or porter duties is a plus but not required
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
