Required skills

  • 5+ years' experience in Linux systems and containerization (Docker, Podman)
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
  • Proven experience building and managing Helm Charts
  • Solid knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, and cloud security best practices
  • Passion for automation, scalability, and building elegant cloud solutions
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • cluster-api and crossplane

Perks & Benefits

  • Hybrid setup – 3 days per week on-site in Dallas
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision (for employees and dependents)
  • 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6%
  • 25 days PTO + 12 holidays
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Company-paid lunch stipend via Grubhub
  • Life insurance, disability cover, Employee Assistance Program, and optional extras (PPO, HSA, FSA, Wellhub & more)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, cloud-native engineering environment where innovation isn't just encouraged — it's expected.

If you're passionate about Kubernetes, automation, and scaling real-world systems, we'd love to hear from you.
