As our Lead Technician, you'll perform all duties of a Veterinary Technician while also training, supervising, and supporting our technical team. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and veterinarians to maintain smooth daily operations, develop and implement SOPs, assist with scheduling, support compliance standards (OSHA, DEA), and ensure our patients receive excellent care. This position offers a great balance of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who communicates well, leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coach and support others are essential. Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required—your teamwork, initiative, and professionalism matter most.

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Veterinary technician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
