The Private Label Coordinator provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Private Label as well as Wholesale businesses and acts as a direct point of contact to our dealer partners. 

As a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Private Label Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations of the RegenX Director. Success in this position requires a task focus individual with the ability to effectively prioritize workflow. A high degree of discretion and professionalism is required, with the ability to work in a fast-moving ever-changing environment. This role requires someone who understands that their efforts are critical in contributing to an efficiently run and successful division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • First point of contact for new dealer requests, pricing updates, as well as system administration for customer accounts and contractsProvide administrative assistance for Business Leader, and other routine duties as assigned
  • Prepare and/or run various sales reports and analyze sales commitments within various dealer agreements including a monthly forecast for Private Label Distributors and Regional Dealers
  • Key contact for Private Label and Ousia dealers for relaying important ACE business directives and receiving general requests on pricing, quotes, orders, shipment tracking etc.
  • Assisting in developing sales and marketing strategies 
  • Packaging creation including IFU's, labels, design, along with working closely with all internal players 
  • Product additions to the Ousia and Private Label lines 
  • Maintain Ousia website and work with marketing on continual enhancements. 
  • Responsible for International Wholesale customer service including order entry, pricing, and quotations
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION


•High School Diploma required


•Bachelor's Degree preferred


•Minimum four-years of business experience in Customer Service, Marketing Support or Sales
