Production Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products, operating production equipment, lifting materials, building pallets, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Package products according to company specifications.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Lift and transport materials and products as needed (up to 50+ lbs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any operational issues.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse operations is required.
• Prior experience in restaurants is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the shift (50+ lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
• Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time position with weekends & holidays off.
• Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
