What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Core Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including
GL, AP, AR, payroll
, and benefits administration (via PEO). - Produce accurate and timely
monthly financial statements
, including month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries. - Manage
cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for senior leadership and the PE group.
Financial Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze operating results and communicate insights to leadership.
- Support preparation of monthly
Board and investor reporting. - Collaborate on
pricing architecture
for customer proposals and contracts. - Identify and implement
cost-saving opportunities
with suppliers and operations.
Systems, Compliance & Controls
- Lead annual audit preparation, including internal controls and audit coordination.
