Turo Fleet Support Driver

What You'll Be Doing (Detailed Tasks)

1. Move Vehicles Between Three Main Locations

You will regularly drive cars between:

A. The Home Location (Parking Area / Fleet Base)

Where vehicles are stored, cleaned, or prepped.

B. CLT Airport

• Picking up cars after the guest returns
• Dropping off cars at designated parking areas
• Taking arrival/departure photos

This is one of the most common tasks.

C. Shops & Service Facilities

Cars often need to be delivered to:

• Firestone
• NTB
• Pep Boys
• Tire shops
• Oil change shops
• Diagnostic/repair locations
• Inspection stations
• Car washes (Autobell)

You will drop off the vehicle and then Uber/Lyft back (reimbursed).

2. Take Simple Pre- and Post-Trip Photos

You MUST take:

• Front, back, both sides
• Interior (odometer + fuel level)
• Any damage you see
• Photo of where you parked (shop or CLT airport)

These are basic and required for business protection.

3. Handle Car Drop-Offs Professionally

Each task will include:

• Address of the drop location
• Instructions (ex: "Exterior wash only," "Oil change," "Inspection")
• Expected pickup time

Your job is simply to follow directions and handle the vehicle with care.

4. Communicate Clearly and Consistently

You must:

• Confirm receipt of the task
• Send photos when complete
• Notify us of any issues immediately

This role requires reliability, not micromanagement.

5. Use Uber/Lyft Between Locations (Reimbursed)

Because you will sometimes:

• Drop off a car at a shop and need a ride back
• Return from CLT airport
• Go from one vehicle location to another

Every Uber/Lyft related to work will be reimbursed — receipts required.

6. Keep Vehicles Clean and Treated With Care

No reckless driving, no smoke odors, no unnecessary wear.
Your job is to represent the business with professionalism.

Requirements

• Valid NC driver's license & clean DMV record
• Reliable, honest, and punctual
• Smartphone capable of taking clear photos
• Comfortable driving sedans and SUVs
• Comfortable using Uber/Lyft for work trips (reimbursed)
• Basic common sense and ability to follow instructions

Experience with Turo or delivery driving is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation

• $300/month flat rate
• Paid $150 every two weeks
• Uber/Lyft fully reimbursed for all job-related trips
• Estimated hours: 4–6 hours per MONTH
